Considering how Guinness World Records work ... you simply have to pay, set your parameters and let some dude working for Guinness "verify" the event.
It does not mean you are the best of anything, it only means you paid for it. People who do not know how Guinness works might find it intriguing, people how do know it is a desperation act, a cheap PR stunt.
