One day the US will have an EV that people can afford. One day. Not today, or any day in the next several years, but one day.

I mean forget this, people can't even afford a terrible (recent) Nissan Leaf. (unless they spend far more than what's recommended or they earn an absurd amount)

Although Toyota clearly knows that. I mean why else would they market their new expensive car with rich looking people in the background and a building that looks like it houses nothing but white collar workers.
