they may go into SUV EV models but, a sportscar cannot be an EV. EVs are slow at top speeds, too heavy to brake and take corners and they do not have the sound of a sportscar. idle engine rumble, cold start, revving vibration, downshifting sound, exhaust pops with backfires and drift capabilities are the distinctive sides of these exotic cars. not to mention even a 640hp ICE car can go much faster than a 1900hp EV car on a track. that may not be point of a daily driver family car but, it is the expectation from a sportscar.
