Lsi, 24 Oct 2023Why ? Is it less safe somehow?When you use hazard lights and open the boot, the majority of the lights lift with the boot.
That is probably the reason why the Highland is not available in US, there is some sort of regulation vehicles can't have their hazard lights invisible when the boot is opened.
Kinda odd it is not mandatory in EU as well.

TBH, I really hate that tail light redesign in terms of safety, but other than that, it is now a really better car than before.
Less powerful, more of a better commuter.
