Tell it to 1 kWh battery in 20 years old Prius, still going strong:-D
Battery = dead -> bad battery management, same goes for winter range.
Darcia only have basic resistor heating, so expect quite a big impact in winter. On the other hand, this is a city car, so who cares.

The problem with a small battery is longevity. The battery will degrade over time, so you have to plan on the range for when it loses 10 - 20% of it's capacity. Some places get colder in winter, so you can knock out another 20% in range. Personally, I'd prefer a minimum of 200 miles range, if 250.

I really hope they fixed a lot of issues with quality, battery management etc. because right now, you can buy 1-2 year old Mazda MX 30, Mini Cooper, Honda E, Fiat etc. for the same price, and they do not feel like a tinfoil made EV, with no battery management and with abysmal safety rating to top it all of.
