Please report the peak throughput. How many batteries in the swap station? How long to recharge those batteries? What if all the traditional charge spots are occupied as well? How long is the worst case wait time if a person arrives at n+1? During popular holidays or emergencies the cache becomes a bottleneck.

What is the true cost to the consumer of battery leasing/recurring revenue model?

The consumer benefit of swapping is more likely to upgrade to higher capacity, newer tech, or to replace an aged out pack at say 50% every few years.
