Tb, 15 Aug 2025I just received our new Mini SE Sport it is savidgly quick in normal driving speeds. Any more ... moreSE may feel quick enough in city roads when you come from a 100-120hp car. but it cannot use left lane on highways. 160kmh is as fast as any budget car like a 1.2lt diesel. I also used my old cooperS as daily for 7 years, and I hit redline hundreds of times at 240kmh on highways. you understand that you drive a sports car when you accelerate above 120kmh.

comment from an old cooper S owner. SE does not deserve "S" badge with those performance specs. top speed with 160kmh is a joke for the sportiest model of the lineup. this one sucks on straits. old cooper S can hit 240km/h with no stress. besides, SE also sucks in corners with that 1700kg weight. I would have an easy range of 400-500km with cruising 130km/h average on highway with my old cooper S.
ArenaEV Range test results (at 81mph) is my favorite!!! Is there a link I can bookmark that takes me to the latest updated comparison chart? ArenaEV's practical range at highway speeds for road-trip planning is more meaningful than EPA, WLTP, or NEDC. If it were up to me, ArenaEV's 81mph(130km/h) range should be a required disclosure on window stickers.
