BYD just needs to improve the Fast charge speeds to 5C in cars now along with ADAS.

California DCAP details are beginning to materialize. The rules include release by regions starting 4q2024 as well as 1q2025. Any person that qualifies, would prefer to delay purchasing in the last few remaining days before October 1, 2024 or as far out as January 1, 2025 depending on their county of residence. The relatively generous subsidies will freeze out a portion of EV and PHEV consumers in CA which represent a meaningful portion of the market.
