xiaomi are on right track and if they reach their 130,000 target production ( which has already secured sales), then they already profitable. In history of ev cars or even combustion cars, this must be one of the successful cars because if you order now, then you will need almost 6 months on waiting list. Which car has that demand like that.................surely VW and others has to bow down their pride and take some notes

PSE, 19 Nov 2024Still not clear what VW should learn. Dancing cars? 4 Motors with 2MW power? Not VW target. Not sure either, but It's clear VW has problems.
EVs are not selling like indented and the cheapest VW brand EV is ID.3 costing 30,990-47,290 euro depending on configuration.
That's not really a price for the masses even in EU let alone in the world.

"I am not sure if VW has to learn something here. The loss of 10% on products made in China for China is nothing to be proud of."
Revenue: RMB9.5 billion (100%)
Profit(loss): RMB1.5 billion (15.8%)
I don't think this is bad considering this was made by selling only 39,790 cars. Increase production to sell more cars and they will be profitable. The next Quarter will tell us more.

"I do not see anything to be worthy here until we can compare the car pricing on the market outside of china."
Pricing will depends on what tariffs are in that country, but I think the most competitive pricing will still be in China, where the EV competition is the highest.
