I won't buy a new car until these assistants can be turned off permanently. Why do I have to turn them off every time I start the car??? These assistants need to be 100% fault proof (not 99.9%) before they become mandatory. I don't want to drive a car with a fear of a wrong emergency brake on a highway.

Top Japanese brands allow consumers to directly disable (without dealers) persistent settings (that do not reset each time the vehicle starts) in all markets outside of the EU: Asia, USA, etc. Nags are adjustable. Beeping is adjustable. Seems like an obvious update.
