Why would you want suchrestricte device, when you can have Chinese Android head unit with all that free entertainment you want for all your kind of carwfor less than 100$.

Literally a feature 2016 Honda Fit had it (you can watch videos if the car is not moving... as soon as it starts it switches to audio only).
