I go less and less in shopping since it os harder and harder to find simething useful and that it will last.
Cars also are like that, this is my second luxury european car that rusted preety quickly. European EV cars have lots of gremlins and everything is now on capacitive touch in cars and burried in menus and laggy. If they return physical buttons, that would be progress. It is like people lost their common sense and it shows even in consumer products

In the EU, it 's ugly and totally unnecessary. It shows well that loyalty on their side is dead. There are fewer and fewer companies today that remain credible. All follow short-term investor demand only. No customer focus enymore.

A fake radiator grille is a fake radiator grille. When companies copy ice car design they just admit that people don't want EVs. Mercedes cars look like brothels from the inside because of their massive ambilight, now they want to make the outside look as shiny.
Mercedes isn't a traditional brand with self-consciousness anymore. They are going the Jaguar way and they will fail hardly. They have lost their recognition value and their turbulent design changes show that they have no idea what to do. They wanted to become a luxury company a few years ago but the only luxury thing about them are the luxury prices for crappy cars.

If it will look anything like the new CLA, it is going to flop badly. Of course the people who want to support their country will buy it but no-one else is going to pay a premium to buy ugly cars. Same thing happened with the EQ lineup, their tech wasn't bad but they were extremely ugly.
