Does anybody else notice that the Lexus bent hood lines trigger thoughts of a dangerously expanding lithium battery, or impact collision?

Toyota is not even trying, or more aptly they are actively sabotaging their own EV efforts seems like. Less than 500km declared range for a >5m FWD sedan with less than 200kW of power is sad to say the least. 30min for 10-80% is pretty miserable, too. Being a Lexus, it won't be cheap either...
