Factories are not free, design is not free, materials are not free.

So it is typical for them to lose money until the midrange, mass-appeal model is selling with the factory working at 100% output capacity.

Post how much money any EV car maker looses when they start up, 2020 onwards. Compare with Rivian. Also compare specs/MRP/profit-loss analysis of EVs sold by Form,GM vs Rivian. Perhaps it will help you understand why Rivian is miles ahead

And we don't know how much more they will burn until they are profitable.
Is their cash reserve enough or not? A very good question and we will have to see.

Do you understand what that means? It means they will lose money once again. They themselves expect a loss of €1.54 billion and €1.79 billion.
There is no info in which year they expect to make finally a profit.
You can easily find how much money they already burned over the years, or should I post It for you?
