New Jersey should also note the current max follow distance of Tesla FSD is a meager 7 car lengths. Not what the DMV nor driver ed taught.

Just because Musk keeps sticking his beak into politics doesn't mean that any decision that doesn't favour him is political.

And you certainly don't want to let the industry choose its own regulations, or put potentially lethal objects onto the streets without regulation. Don't forget what happened recently when Boeing was allowed to capture the regulator.
