Well would like to see that here in Slovakia.
But wont be that easy,
We barely have 50 chargers in capitol city which is 500 000 population plus another 500 000 which working in capitol and not live in capitol city of Bratislava.

Those are really nice, but have a one tiny problem ... there are finite amounts of parking spots, not every EV needs to be charged every time it is parked.
So in the beginning it will be an utter nuisance to deal with, as you park your low state of battery EV on a "regular" spot with two EV spots occupied by EVs that are just sitting there and not charging.
It is a good plan, but it will be a rough start, and it might even create a tension between ICE/Hybrids and EVs in some overcrowded cities.
