It's far ahead of the competition and most owners are happy with its capabilities, in my experience but also in surveys I've seen. It's unfortunately the relatively few and often ridiculous lawsuits that grab the headlines. The DOJ has been politicized nowadays and Musk is not the left's favorite, not in the US and not in the EU.
