Lucid

Lucid's Air lineup is pretty expansive, but so far, the two cheapest entry-level models haven't been released, despite announcements dating back all the way to 2020. This situation will finally be rectified on November 15, Lucid has revealed today.

On that day, the Lucid Air Pure and the Lucid Air Touring will "debut" in an online global launch event, when all of their specs will be outed, including estimated EPA range. The first Air Touring delivery will take place on the evening of November 15 at the company's Beverly Hills Studio.

That same week, the Air Pure and Air Touring will "make their public debut" at the aforementioned Beverly Hills Studio as well as at CDN Designer Night at the LA Auto Show on November 17.

The Lucid Air Pure will initially be available with a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive configuration - if you want the promised cheaper, single-motor rear-wheel drive variation you still have some waiting to do. With the Pure and the Touring, the Lucid Air range is complete.

At the same November 15 event, the company will also reveal its planned future models, including the Project Gravity SUV that "reimagines the luxury SUV with the same in-house developed technology that underpins the groundbreaking Lucid Air sedan", according to the official press release.
