Mercedes Rumors

Mercedes will unveil the EQE SUV at an event this Sunday and we've seen photos of the interior, as well as an official teaser of the front. However a MIIT regulatory listing has now spoiled the surprise, revealing both the full design and more shots of the interior.

The two shots below show the exterior of the car in great detail. Some of the writing on the tailgate is only going to be present on the China-bound model, obviously, but the overall design won't change.

The listing also reveals key specs of the EQE SUV. Its dimensions are 4880mm length by 2032mm width by 1679mm height. The wheelbase is 3030mm, while the curb weight is 2560kg. The weight is for the 469hp (350kW) dual-motor AMG EQE 43 SUV.

There will also be a RWD EQE 350 SUV with 292hp, an AWD AMG EQE 53 SUV with 677hp, and possibly an entry-level RWD EQE 300 SUV with 245hp.

The leak continues to say the EQE 43 SUV will have a range of more than 600km, which is likely with the 90.6kWh battery found in the original EQE.

Finally, the EQE SUV could go on sale as early as Monday, October 17, but we'll get the details of actual deliveries and pricing with the announcement on Sunday.

Yeah, they are hideous in person, but looks are really subjective. Take a look at BMW as they are backpacking their design decision of a grille on the wheels in latest models - they are starting to look like cars again. The same will probably happe...

That is not true! This is Mercedes Benz-Design at it finest! It beats the Tesla Y! And also consider it futuristic looking display. Way better than anything you will ever come across (even Tesla). Have a nice day. Yours sincerely, Caroline

How could the EQE and EQS, SUV and sedan versions, be approved? They're so hideous...And it's not just in pictures, they look awful live...
