my 2014 bmw i3 rex 60ah gets 150 miles (80 gas/70 electric) of range in very good weather, 140 miles (70/70) on any average day with conditioning, and 70 miles (30/40) range when it snows without conditioning

So only China gets the nice i3 with it's incredible efficiency ? that car can get 10kwh/100km in summer with eco driving. that's just stunning.

Probably the most range affecting things in winter are heating and lack / massive reduction of regenerative breaking ... and winter tires ofc.
Battery output performance is the least of the winter problems.
