You know this topic has one HUGE issue, other than Tesla, Toyota and few others, pretty much every other manufacturer is fine with subpar cooling / heating solutions for their batteries.
So yeah, fast charging does not degrade the battery in any significant way, BUT it requires manufacturers to actually put effort keeping batteries healthy ... and you can't PR this thing to the public. Public thinks 120kWh battery in a car is an excellent idea.
