Scaringe needs to go fast: drop the price of R1 towards $50k until that fills the max factory capacity including all shifts. Pull in the R2 delivery date to early-2025. And then re-introduce a revised R1 all below $80k. Push out the R3 & R3X thereafter, as it is a distraction from getting the R2 out sooner before cashflow runs out.
