The loss has been coming down each quarter. This is typical in the electric car industry with most of the smaller Chinese EV brands losing money. Eventually many will go bust and there will be a smaller number of more powerful companies left. Xiaomi has made a great start but it takes time to gain profitability. Here is a source

Please, citation needed. Is Xiaomi a non profit org which has lost 5.000 * 150.000 = 750 million dollars? And now they are building a second factory to lose money faster?

I hope Xiaomi EVs will reach soon EU with a deal like the one between Stellantis and Leapmotors (cars are partly mounted in Europe to avoid heavy taxes)
