Obvious pedal confusion, usually by elderly drivers, which this one was not. My take is impairment of some kind. Was the driver tested?

Wow, so easy to lie and defame companies here, right ArenaEV? It is confirmed by the car logs that the driver was pressing the accelerator to 100% and it wasn't the FSD that crashed.
I hope the company sues this site for false reporting.
