Polestar

The Polestar 3 finally kicked off production and the vehicle is finally being assembled, so some owners may expect deliveries soon. Meanwhile, Polestar's facility in North Carolina, USA is entering the test production phase. This marks a big milestone in Polestar's expansion as its third model will be the first one produced on two continents.

Polestar 3 enters test production stage in the US

Going by the press release, the test production is going well, and if everything else goes to plan, the South Carolina factory will start the mass production of the Polestar 3 in the middle of 2024.

This is finally good news for Polestar after Volvo cut off its funding and left Geely to secure the needed funding for operations. Polestar said it's on track to make a profit in 2025, but Volvo's sudden retreat may delay the milestone.
