Tesla

The new and updated Tesla Model 3 is inching closer to launch judging by the frequency of the leaks and Tesla's most recent stock clearance of the current Model 3. We now get to see it once more with some additional hardware and new taillights design.

Since the spotted pre-production Model 3 on the streets yesterday is heavily camouflaged, it's hard to tell if there are any noticeable changes to the exterior apart from the headlights and taillights. The former look identical to the ones we've seen a couple of months back, but the taillights are different.

They now have the blinker LED positioned vertically instead of horizontally, like on the current Model 3. Those will be in line with the Model Y.

Additionally, the photos show the new side-mounted cameras used by the Hardware 4.0 onboard computer for the Full Self-Driving feature. We've seen those cameras on the newer Model X, Model S and Model Y. So it's probably safe to assume that the entry-level Model 3 will get Hardware 4.0 when the updated facelift version arrives.
