Nio

The Nio ET5 was announced back in December 2021 and now the model is almost ready to enter mass production. The first pre-production units just rolled off the production line in Nio's facility in Hefei, China.

As usual, the first units will serve for quality control so that all elements and parts are ready for the end user. The first deliveries will take place about a month from now if everything goes to plan.

As of now, Nio will focus on improving the production quality as well as operational skills and shortening the production time of the vehicles by training the staff at the facility.

We can expect more information about the ET5 and its supposed release date during the Chengdu Motor Show 2022 from August 26 until September 4. The vehicle in question will likely be there and open for visitors to see the car up close as well as the interior.
