MG

MG is coming to the famous Goodwood Festival of Speed and its popular hill climb section. And it's bringing gifts too.

Per MG Commercial Director Guy Pigounakis, MG will show off three EVs - a prototype, which was designed and built in the UK, a "sporting EV", and the MG Cyberster roadster, which will take on the hill climb.

The most interesting EV that MG will debut at Goodwood is a "dramatic" prototype, codenamed EX4, which was made entirely in the UK. We don't expect this to be based on any of MG's current cars.

The other, which MG refers to as a "sporting EV" will likely be a performance-aimed variant of one of MG's existing cars, likely the MG4 compact SUV.

The MG Cyberster is a rear-wheel-driven 2-seater with a 306 hp motor and an unknown 400-volt battery. There's also an expected dual-motor AWD version with 536 hp.
