One problem with these shared passenger/commercial van platforms is that the suspension for all models is usually calibrated for the commercial van configuration, meaning it is tuned for heavy loads - not a small amount of people.

This makes these vans very stiff, unless you have a full load of people/cargo in the van all the time.

A handicapped person driving alone for example would be shaken pretty badly on less-than-perfect roads.
