The Paris Motor Show 2024 is going to see a big announcement from Peugeot, the company confirmed today. Under the banner "The Lions Are Coming," the French automaker is ready to present its entire range of electric vehicles, highlighted by the world premiere of the much-anticipated Peugeot e-408.

The Peugeot e-408 is set to be the star of the show, bringing a dynamic fastback silhouette to the electric crossover segment. The company promises impressive efficiency that will help the e-408 standout in its category.

The Paris Motor Show will also see the debut of long-range versions of the e-3008 and e-5008 SUVs, offering extended driving capabilities with up to 435 miles and 415 miles of range, respectively.

A recent leak from a UK-based leasing company suggests the new e-408 will come with a 158 kW motor and 58 kWh battery with an estimated range of up to 280 miles. The rather peppy acceleration of 7.6 seconds from 0 to 62 mph will be complemented by the top speed of 99 mph. We won't have to wait too long to find out if that info is correct.

Peugeot's stand will also showcase popular models such as the e-208 and e-2008. The e-308, a compact EV that sets the standard in its category, and the E-5008, a seven-seater SUV will also be on display.
