Volkswagen just announced the new ID.3 concept and promised to debut the production car to the public this coming Spring.
The new ID.3 features a brand-new design, though it retains similarity to the current car.
The biggest change looks to be on the inside, where all models will get a 12-inch (30.5cm) display. Also standard is a removable luggage compartment floor and a center console with two cup holders (though the current car also has them as an option). The new ID.3 comes with functions such as Plug & Charge and Intelligent Electric Vehicle Route Planner to bettrr plan the car's charging. Optional extras include Travel Assist with Swarm Data and the Park Assist Plus with Memory Function.
The new ID.3 comes in five configurations - Life, Business, Style, Max, and Tour. The Life model starts at €44,000. All models will be available to order in Germany from December 1 and VW expects the ar to ship to buyers from Q4 of 2023.
