XPeng

Currently, XPeng has three SUV models - the G9, G7 and G6. Today, the company unwrapped a new model called XPeng GX, but didn't go into much detail. The Chinese automaker shared a couple of images and some features.

The first thing that comes to mind when you see the renders is, obviously, the Range Rover by Land Rover.

The GX is a six-seater SUV, inheriting the spaciousness and flexibility of its X9 MPV model. It's also built on the company's new SEPA 3.0 (Smart Electric Platform Architecture) architecture. There's no info regarding drivetrain, battery specs, etc. However, there's a possibility that the vehicle will come in two variants - fully electric and EREV. At least judging by XPeng's recent releases.

The vehicle is said to offer steer-by-wire and rear-wheel steering for more agile handling. We also expect other high-end and cutting-edge features as the GX will sit above the G9, which is currently the company's most expensive flagship SUV that starts at RMB 248,800 (~$36,000).
