Kia

Kia's EV4 comes in two versions - Hatchback and Fastback. The latter is known as Sedan in some markets, but in the UK it goes by EV4 Fastback, and today the brand has opened the order books for it. Deliveries will commence "in autumn", nothing more specific yet.

There are two trims. GT-Line starts at $56,161, and GT-Line S starts at $62,341 and the latter is the only one coming with an optional heat pump for $1,200. Both have 380 miles of WLTP range from an 81.4 kWh battery. Thanks to the 400V architecture, this charges from 10% to 80% in 31 minutes when plugged into a 350kW DC fast charger, and in 7 hours and 15 minutes on an 11kW AC charger.

The EV4 Fastback is powered by a single front-mounted electric motor developing 150kW of power (201bhp) and 209 lb-ft of torque. The car can go from zero to 62 mph in 7.9 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 105 mph.

Kia boasts that the EV4 Fastback has a drag coefficient of just 0.23Cd. The car's boot space is 17.3 ft³. It's 11.8 inches longer and 0.2 inches lower than the hatchback.

Both those groups can not afford this Maybe if it was 1/3 of the price, maybe But I personally like that it does not have a gazillion hp and goes to 100 in 0,001 seconds like almost all the others. We need normal cars too

Very safe EV Vehicle... No overpowered HP and Torque... Perfect for Trainee Drivers and very elderly Grandma's and Grandfathers... I like that...

Sometimes KIA designs grow on you and you like it over time but this one is NOT growing on me...
