Nio ET9 spotted in camo for some street testing, shakes off snow like a boss

Nio

Nio unveiled the ET9 back in December as its top of the line model, one built to take on Mercedes' Maybach and even Rolls-Royce. The car is still far from actually hitting the streets, however, as the first deliveries are only coming next year.

Still, testing seems to be moving along quite nicely, as a prototype ET9 wearing camo was just spotted on the streets in China today. Its unorthodox shape is clearly in view.

Nio itself also recently shared a quick video of the ET9 shaking off snow during winter testing in China which definitely looks fun and has the potential to give passersby a nice scare.

The ET9 has so far only been announced for the Chinese market. It will start at around CNY 800,000 which is about $110,000 at the current exchange rates. It's got two motors delivering a total power of 520kW and a 120kWh battery.
