Renault

The Renault 4 E-Tech electric will make its global debut at the Paris Motor Show on October 14. Ahead of that, the brand has today shared the first teaser images of the car. Well, not of the car in its entirety, of course - Renault wants to keep the overall look a secret until the official unveiling.

But we are given glimpses at various bits and pieces. The backlit Renault badge and the front grille, for example (above). Or a look at the lower parts of the doors on the left side (below).

We can see a taillight, the "4" badge, the side window behind the doors, and the angle at which the roof meets the tailgate, spoiler included.

There's also a look at the roof rails and the fabric part of the roof, which can be opened for a half-convertible feel, and the bumpers.

The Renault 4 E-Tech electric will be 163 inches long, which makes it longer than the Renault 5 E-Tech electric, despite their names suggesting opposite sizes. The 4 does use the same AmpR Small platform as the 5, however. It will be made in France and will reach dealerships at some point next year.

Make it 800V with 5C fast charging, Level 2 ADAS, if you want to compete in market.
