Electrify America brings real-time charger availability to Google Maps

Electrify America has announced that real-time availability information for its EV chargers can now be found inside Google Maps.

So you get up to the minute information about charging stations across the Electrify America network, right inside the most used mapping and navigation app.

Electrify America brings real-time charger availability to Google Maps

With the real-time availability data, you can make faster decisions about where to charge and how to plan your routes. You will see live details on charger availability, connector type, charging speed, and operational status - all of this right inside the familiar UI of Google Maps.

Robert Barrosa, president and CEO of Electrify America, said:

EV adoption is accelerating, and with it comes the expectation of a seamless charging experience. By integrating real-time charging station data, we're not just improving access, we're empowering drivers with the confidence to go electric, knowing the information is right at their fingertips.
