Hyundai

The Ioniq 6 was first announced back in 2022, but to keep the vehicle fresh, Hyundai decided to release a special Black Edition version in its home country South Korea.

The Black Edition doesn't come with any performance improvements and it's mostly about styling. The vehicle is equipped with 20-inch matte wheels, black front and rear molding as well as black side sills. The housing of the side mirrors is also in black, while the emblem is matte black too.

This is clearly a design-oriented package and sells for KRW 50 million ($37,500). Hyundai is yet to announce if it plans to ship the Black Edition outside of South Korea, though.

In addition to the new Ioniq 6 version, the company announced a new EV Every Care program, applicable only to the Ioniq 5, Ioniq 6 and Kona Electric. It gives owners 1.6 million charging credits as well as free home installation service. A value guarantee is also applied - Hyundai promises 55% second-hand sale price of either of those vehicles.
