Polestar

Polestar unveiled the cheapest Polestar 3 version back in June. It's officially called the Long Range Single Motor (let's just call it LRSM from this point on) and the initial announcement did reveal European pricing and range - but nothing for the US.

That changes today, finally. The US-bound Polestar 3 LRSM can now be ordered in the US, and prices start at $67,500 (excluding $1,400 destination fee). The vehicle has "up to" 350 miles of EPA-certified range. That is, unsurprisingly, less than the 404 miles of WLTP range it also boasts, due to the different testing methodologies.

The Polestar 3 LRSM has a single electric motor (it's in the name after all) that produces 299 hp (220 kW) and 361 lb-ft of torque. It comes with a 111 kWh battery which supports DC fast charging up to 250kW. It comes standard with Pilot Assist, Lane Change Assist, and a 360-degree camera with 3D view.

Deliveries of the Polestar 3 LRSM are set to start in the US in the first quarter of next year, so before the end of March.
