Audi

Audi US has officially revealed the pricing for its much-anticipated Q6 e-tron. Starting at $63,800, the Q6 e-tron marks a significant step in Audi's electrification strategy, offering a blend of performance, range, and luxury that aims to entice buyers into the world of electric vehicles.

The base model, simply named the Q6 e-tron, comes equipped with a rear-mounted motor generating 322 hp, and coupled with a 100 kWh battery pack. This translates to a 0-60 mph time of 6.3 seconds and a top speed of 130 mph. But perhaps the most impressive figure is its EPA range of 321 miles, the highest of any Audi EV to date, achievable when equipped with the optional ultra package featuring 18-inch wheels and low rolling resistance summer tires.

For those looking for more power and better traction, Audi offers the Q6 e-tron quattro, starting at $65,800. This model boasts a dual-motor all-wheel drive system with a combined output of 456 hp, also powered by a 100 kWh battery. Interestingly, that's 69 hp more than the same model has in Europe.

This rather substantial boost reduces the 0-60 mph time down to 4.9 seconds (5.9 seconds for the European version) while maintaining the same 130 mph top speed. The range for this one is 307 miles per EPA.

At the top of the performance ladder sits the SQ6 e-tron, priced at $72,900. This variant outputs 509 hp, catapulting the SUV from 0-60 mph in 4.1 seconds and reaching a top speed of 143 mph. The trade-off for this extra performance is a slightly reduced range of 275 miles, partly attributed to the larger 20-inch wheel and tire combo.

Regardless of the chosen model, charging the Q6 e-tron is a swift affair. Thanks to its maximum 270 kW DC fast charging support, the battery can be replenished from 10-80% in just 21 minutes. For home charging, a standard 9.6 kW onboard charger is included, with an optional 19.2 kW charger expected to be available later.

Audi is offering the Q6 e-tron in three trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. The base Premium trim includes LED lighting, 19-inch wheels, an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.5-inch infotainment system powered by Android Automotive, and a suite of driver assistance systems.

Moving up to the Premium Plus trim adds features like upgraded LED headlights, an augmented reality head-up display, a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system, a panoramic sunroof, and heated rear seats. The top-tier Prestige trim elevates the luxury with an adaptive air suspension, acoustic front side glass, and a 10.9-inch front passenger display.
