After Stellantis acquired 20% of Leapmotor, the carmaker's first SUV, the C10, will likely reach international markets. It was first displayed at the Guangzhou Auto Show, but the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology published a more detailed specs sheet of the vehicle.

The Leapmotor C10 will employ an LFP battery pack produced by CALB with 69.9 kWh capacity and it will be paired with a rear-mounted electric motor with 231 hp output. The SUV can go up to 329 miles per charge, at least according to CLTC.

The vehicle's curb weight is 4,277 lb/4,332 lb. It's based on the Leap 3.0 platform that prioritizes internal space, safety and torsional rigidity. The platform also supports 800V charging architecture.

We've already seen the interior, which looks rather spacious and has an interesting dashboard layout - with one smaller instrument cluster screen and a bigger, centered infotainment panel sitting above the console in the middle.

The C10's dimensions are 186.6 inches/74.8 inches/66.1 inches, while the wheelbase measures 111.2 inches.

The expected price of the C10 in China is between RMB 150,000 and 200,000 ($21,000 - $28,000), but it will surely be more expensive when it hits other markets. Leapmotor plans to sell about 10,000 units monthly.
