Peugeot releases an e-5008 teaser video, reveals new panoramic screen

Peugeot

Peugeot is about to launch its largest EV SUV yet, the e-5008. The vehicle sits above the e-3008 both in terms of size and features. Peugeot just released a short teaser trailer of the new e-5008's interior, revealing some of the features.

The teaser highlights the new Panoramic i-Cockpit - a 21-inch HD screen that combines the heads-up display with the central infotainment panel. Peugeot's i-Cockpit infotainment system can be found in most modern Peugeot cars, but the E-5008 takes things up a notch with the wide 21-inch screen in the middle.

The screen itself is slightly curved for optimal driver comfort, but it's still accessible and usable by the passengers.

An LED lighting located under the screen runs along the dashboard giving a sense of a "floating screen".

Another centerpiece feature is the E-5008's roominess. It can fit up to 7 seats with easily accessible third row.

All details surrounding the E-5008 are going to be revealed in March this year, so stay tuned.
