Jeep

Stellantis, the conglomerate behind the automaker brands such as Jeep, Citroen, Fiat, Opel, RAM, and others, has laid out its Dare Forward 2030 strategy that will see more than 100 EV launches between 2022 and 2030.

As part of Dare Forward 2030, Stellantis revealed Jeep's first EV SUV - one with distinctive styling. It features Jeep's iconic seven-opening grille, although there are no actual openings here.

There are a couple of blue-accented e's to signify that this is an electric vehicle. The Jeep EV does resemble the ongoing Jeep Compass.

According to Automotive News Europe, Jeep EV is expected to enter production at Poland's Tuchy plant in November of 2022. There will also be a gasoline variant and the factory is expected to churn out around 110 thousand of the model per year.

Stellantis also showed another quick look at the RAM 1500 BEV pickup truck. It's on schedule to launch in the US in 2024.

This looks surprisingly attractive. Wonder if it's going to be worse in a less striking color...
