The listed specs are of the initial Launch edition of the Model Y. This version of the car has different acceleraton and price when compared with the current 2025 Model Y.

Has anybody had success retrofitting the latest triple-pane sound deadening 2nd-row rear windows in a original model Y (with the single-pane glass)? Is it a one-to-one match? Is new trim required to accommodate a thicker glass sandwich?
